About this event
Here is your chance to ask Dr. Christine Chambers ANYTHING you want!
Maybe you’d like to ask Christine about the latest research in pediatric pain, including developmental, psychological, and social influences on children’s pain. Perhaps you’re interested in Christine’s knowledge translation and dissemination work such as her It Doesn’t Have to Hurt project and how investigators can use the power of social media to spread their research findings. And what about the power of partnership in knowledge dissemination? Here you could ask Christine about Solution for Kids in Pain, whose mission is to improve children's pain management by mobilizing evidence-based solutions through coordination and collaboration. You might also like to ask Christine about her new role as scientific director of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)’s Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health. Questions about career development, women in science, juggling family and career during the pandemic, and more – anything and everything is fair game! Join us on January 21 for what promises to be a stimulating and enlightening event – and a lot of fun, too!
